  • Every player will have 1,000 Stamina capacity

  • Planting = 1 Energy

  • Watering = 1 Energy

  • Harvesting = 2 Energy

  • Recovers 1% every 5 minutes

  • Head to the Hot Springs to recover your stamina 50% quicker

  • Consume food to instantly recover some stamina
